Abbaye de Sainte Croix is a magnificent 12th Century abbey that was fully restored in the 70's to become a beautiful 4-star hotel that stands above the Salon de Provence. The monks' former living quarters have been converted into luxury suites and guest rooms and are defined by their original, superb Romanesque architecture that features high-vaulted ceilings and rustic décor.
