This is a big villa located less than 2 km from the city centre (free bus within 200 m).

The ground floor, with an area of 95 m², is completely dedicated to you. The owners are staying upstairs, entries are opposed ensuring your total independence.

The property is fully fenced in with trees and your vehicle is parked in a secure environment.

The Furnished villa sleeps up to 6 people. You have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, a large living room with a corner sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen (including household products).
Free unlimited Wi-Fi.

You have the use of a terrace with barbecue, directly overlooking a private garden of 2000 m² for your pleasure.

A private swimming pool of 5x10 m is for your exclusive use only (no other tenants) and a shaded pergola enabling you to relax and enjoy your holiday.

We would like to point out that the pool is secured by a perimeter alarm. It is not equipped with gates or progressive steps. The pool is not suitable for young children but for older children who can swim and we remind you that the constant parental supervision is required.

Indoor games (board games, card games) and outside (badminton, ball games, various water games) are available and promise fun moments.

within 200m of the villa is a playground with a football field, swings and a slide. You will also find a ground with the traditional southern french bowling game 'pétanque'.

You will find a free bus to the city centre within 200m, from 11am to 6:45 p.m. (so you can access the bus station in minutes)
