From 14 to 20 July will take place the 19th edition of the festival des Suds in Arles. Every summer, 60 000 festival-goers gather in the heart of the beautiful cite favorable to hear and see more than 60 concerts. Worldwide artists and new talent succeed one another for a week and come invade the historic sites of the city. Several evenings you will be offered in the heart of the historical centre of Arles, the precious Moments in the Court of the Archbishop, the Suds evenings at the ancient Theatre, then the nights des Forges in the Parc des Ateliers. You will be offered also, Scenes in the city in the typical areas of Arles, musical siestas in the space Van-Gogh, the music shows at the Musée départemental Arles Antique, aperitifs-discoveries, the radio of the South, the Attac Forum, meeting with Mediapart and much more... The programming of the Suds reveals itself little by little... we already know that you can find the Group Calexico, Johnny Clegg, musician David Krakauer, Susheela Raman, Esperanza Fernandez, Winston Mcanuff & Fixi, Kayhan Kalhor & Erdal Erzincan, Dupain, Tamer Abu Ghazaleh, Amsterdam Klezmer Band, Krismenn/Alem or even Magic Malik & DJ Oil. All of the programming on our site... In addition, each year, at the same time at the Festival, SUDS à ARLES organizes courses of dance, singing and music, but also public youth workshops. From 14 to July 20, 2014, not less than 38 courses and master classes for all tastes and all levels! Training young audiences, age 5, are organized around music and theatre.Among others: Argentine Tango, Flamenco, all of percussion Sabar, accordion or guitar Flamenca.
